Whistleblower Guidelines & Evidence Requirements

Sariya Bazar enforces a zero-tolerance policy against commercial fraud, counterfeit rebar distribution, weighbridge tampering, and fake Mill Test Certificates. To enable our compliance team to take swift legal and platform enforcement action, please review what evidence to provide:

  • Fake/Un-Embossed Steel: Provide clear photographs showing smooth rebar surfaces lacking ISI embossed licence numbers or manufacturer logos.
  • Weighbridge Shortage: Attach copies of both the dealer's dispatch weighbridge slip and the independent destination weighbridge receipt.
  • Forged Test Certificates: Upload PDF/photos of the MTC certificate if heat numbers do not match bundle tags.
