Buyers must verify the material quality (BIS/ISI marks) and weight upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours as per our Dispute Resolution Policy.
Sariya Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from trade delays, site work stoppages, or fluctuations in raw material costs.
